Everything we sell is for adults 21 years of age and older. We check government-issued photo ID at the door and again at the register, every visit, without exception. Buying cannabis for anyone under 21 is illegal in New York, and we will refuse a sale where we believe that is what is happening.

Cannabis affects everyone differently, and the same product can land differently on different days. Begin with a low dose — 2.5mg of THC or less if you are new to edibles — and wait before taking more. Inhaled products are usually felt within minutes; edibles can take two hours or longer to reach full effect, which is how most over-consumption happens. Effects can last several hours.

Driving while impaired by cannabis is illegal in New York and dangerous regardless of the law. Do not drive, ride, or operate machinery until the effects have fully worn off — allow considerably longer than you think you need, particularly with edibles. Plan how you are getting home before you consume.

Do not use cannabis if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or nursing. If you take prescription medication, have a heart condition, or have a personal or family history of psychosis or substance-use disorder, speak to a healthcare professional before using cannabis.

Keep cannabis in its original child-resistant packaging, stored up high and out of sight, and away from children and pets. Edibles in particular can be mistaken for ordinary food. Never store cannabis products alongside regular snacks or in an unlabelled container.

Cannabis is legal for adult use in New York State but remains a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law. It is illegal to transport cannabis across state lines, onto federal land, or through an airport, even into another state where cannabis is legal. Doing so is a federal offence and is entirely at your own risk.
