Our commitment
JD's Jungle wants everyone to be able to use this site, whatever technology they browse with. We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most widely referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
What we have done
The site is built to work with a keyboard alone and with screen readers: interactive controls are reachable by tab, dialogs move focus and trap it while open, images carry text alternatives or are marked decorative, and headings follow a meaningful order. Text scales with your browser's zoom and reflows down to small screens without horizontal scrolling. Motion and scroll animations are reduced automatically when your device is set to "reduce motion".
Known limitations
Our online menu and checkout are provided by a third-party storefront that we do not build or control, so its accessibility may differ from the rest of the site. Some map and carousel interactions may also be harder to use with assistive technology. We raise issues with our suppliers when we find them, and we would rather hear about a problem than not.

If any information on this site is difficult for you to access, tell us and we will provide it another way: over the phone, by email, or in person at the store. There is no charge for this.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-off task. We review new pages and features as they are built and re-test the site periodically. This statement will be updated as that work continues.
